Videos can use content-based copyright law contains reasonable use Fair Use (  Eagle-eyed fans have accused Chloe Ferry of Photoshopping her snaps...again.  No stranger to the photo editing app, the Geordie Shore star came under fire from her online following who claimed she had altered her physique.  Taking to Instagram earlier this week, the 25-year-old uploaded a sultry shot of her posing against a brick wall.  In the picture, the reality TV star is seen wearing a tiny matching yellow co-ord paired with black heels.  Her look soon divided users, with many commenting on the stunner's svelte frame, however, others couldn't help but notice things didn't look quite right.  Fans were quick to point out that the red brick seemed to blend around her body while the edges of her hips were distinctively faint.  While she plugged the clothing she was modelling, her 3.4million followers soon pointed out her editing faux pas.  "You shouldn't stand next to what's basically a grid if you're going to photoshop," one remarked.  Another quipped: "Tidy erm...brickwork."  A third wrote: "The bricks are curved?"  However, a handful of her following jumped to her defense and slammed the Photoshop accusations.  "Seriously annoying that people are saying Chloe uses photoshop. She doesn't," one fan fumed.  While a second put: "I don't see the 'wonky wall'."
