Live performance of "Cirrus Clouds" by the Mandelbrot Duo featuring Rupert Guenther (violin) & Penelope Guenther-Thalhammer (cello) at the town of Chateau d'Oex, Switzerland 2015. It's part of a classical suite for violin and cello, performed in a series of concerts classical music improvisation by the duo for the conference of the International Society for Improvised Music (ISIM). Cirrus is a genus of atmospheric cloud generally characterized by thin, wispy strands, giving the type its name from the Latin word cirrus, meaning a ringlet or curling lock of hair.
