Jubilee Party has been dogged by a myriad of troubles threatening to rip the party apart.
Trouble in Jubilee Party started boiling after the famous handshake between President Uhuru Kenyatta and ODM Party leader Raila Odinga.
The nomination of MacDonald Mariga as the party candidate for Kibra by-election further aggravating the fallout with some Jubilee MPs openly campaigning for the ODM candidate Imran Khan.
The issue of party’s presidential candidate in 2022 has also put members up against one another with one camp drumming up support for Deputy President William Ruto to succeed President Uhuru Kenyatta while another is rooting for open, free and fair nomination exercise.
Party leadership have also come under heavy criticism for keeping mum in the face of squabbles within the ruling party.
At the heart of that party leadership is Secretary General Raphael Tuju who is accused by some quarters of supporting ODM leader Raila Odinga.
