There is a lot of style going on nowadays in the name of screen. Hijab or Borka has introduced a variety of new spoken styles with the name. Many just cover their hair with one piece of cloth. পর্দার নামে আজকাল অনেক স্টাইল চলছে। হিজাব বা বোরকার নাম দিয়ে নানা প্রকার নতুন নতুন কথিত স্টাইল বের করেছে। অনেকে এক টুকরা কাপড় দিয়ে শুধু কেবল চুল ঢেকে রাখে। আবার কেউ রঙ্গিন ও সঙ্কুচিত কাপড়ের পাতলা বোরকা পরিধান করছে। চেহারা খোলা রেখে চুল ঢাকার ক্ষেত্রে তাদের যুক্তি হলো, চুল বেগানা পুরুষ দেখলে মৃত্যুর পর চুল সাপ হয়ে দংশন করবে। সাপের হাত থেকে বাঁচতেই চুল ঢেকে রাখার এই চেষ্টা। চুল ঢেকে রাখার সাথে চুলের চেয়ে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ চেহারা খোলা রাখলে কি হবে সেটা কিন্তু তারা বেমালুম চেপে যাচ্ছে। বেগানা পুরুষকে চুল দেখালে পর্দার হানি হয় আর চেহারা দেখালেও যে বেপর্দা হওয়ার গুনাহ হবে তা এড়ানোর ক্ষেত্রে যুক্তি কি?

পর্দা না করা আর পর্দা নিয়ে এসব প্রহসন দুটোই সমান অপরাধ। বরং কিছু ক্ষেত্রে শরীয়ত বিকৃত করার কারনে আরো বেশি গুনাহের কারন। তাই সকলকেই সতর্ক থাকা উচিত।
