The real world isn’t like science class. You won’t find the answers you’re looking for by looking over your shoulder.

It’s fine to have inspirations, but once you start to imitate your mentors you’ve officially gone too far.

So don’t take the easy way out. Be original. Emulate, don’t imitate.
