2. (5:44) Dumbbell Lateral Raise- 4 sets, 8 to 12 reps
3. (7:43) Barbell Front Raise- 4 sets, 8 to 12 reps
4. (9:26) Cable Rope Facepulls- 4 sets, 8 to 12 reps
5. (11:52) Dumbbell Overhead Press - 4 sets, 8 to 12 reps
6. (15:37) Dumbbell Curl to Arnold Press- - 4 sets, 8 to 12 reps

With 45secs to 1mins rest in between Sets!
