Today things hit a new low in Mineola. Jeff the bum is back strung out under the bridge, then another bum is half naked in the LIRR waiting room, forcing everyone to wait outside, but that wasn't even the worst of it! There was a group of rowdy people blasting music and shouting from a parking garage, it was obvious they were drinking, and what was worse, they started flashing signs at us on the platform! I can only hope this wasn't gang related! Then later on I saw another bum acting suspiciously. Our town is being turned into a ghetto, and this is the future for most of the middle of the Island at this point. And if I can't find another safe place to live on Long Island, that will be the end of the road for me here. And yes the police were called, as this is only the 10th time I had to call 911 for problems at Mineola...
