Iran activates advanced centrifuges in latest nuclear move

Hopes of salvaging the 2015 nuclear deal with Iran have taken another blow.
Tehran now says it has the ability to enrich uranium to a much higher level.
But it also says that capacity could quickly be reversed, if Europe delivers promised sanctions relief.
