Hurricane Dorian, expected to make a direct hit or landfall by early tomorrow. Hurricane Dorian now moving north east, is already bringing significant impacts in the Carolinas this evening, with several tornadoes, storm surge, and so far over 8 inches of rain, making the ground very saturated in the eastern seaboard. Impacts will continue across the eastern seaboard US, through tomorrow and finally pulling away into Saturday, where extratropical transition could possibly begin. But watching another disturbance in the MDR that could develop into a tropical cyclone within the next couple of days and head westward, impacts to land, is highly uncertain and really early to say.
