Hong Kong's Carrie Lam says she would 'quit' if she could | Audio recording excerpts

In an audio recording obtained by Reuters, Hong Kong leader Carrie Lam was heard saying: "For a chief executive to have caused this huge havoc to Hong Kong is unforgivable." Mrs Lam added that if she had a choice, she would "quit, having made a deep apology". She made her remarks in a closed-door meeting with a group of businesspeople. Read more about her comments:
