In case you missed it, here is a short video clip showing highlights of the graduation ceremony of 20 Nigerian Air Force (NAF) Military Working Dogs and Canine (K-9) handlers, which took place on 6 September 2019 at the Regiment Training Centre Commando Village, NAF Base Kaduna. Among the 20 dogs and handlers who graduated, 10 were trained in explosives detection and 5 in narcotics detection, while 5 dogs were trained in a range of special operations skills including rappelling from helicopters as well as tracking of adversary movements & positions; the first of its kind in Nigeria.
