Chaos characterized Kisumu county assembly sittings on Tuesday afternoon as rival groups bitter clashed in a well-choreographed election to replace Onyango Oloo as the speaker. The embattled Oloo is in the eye of a storm following claims of corruption during his time at the lake basin development authority.
