I consult with two different types of people when it comes to weight loss. 1) the over-weight ACTIVE individual that can’t lose weight no matter how far they run or how many times they workout or
2) the obese/over-weight IN-active individual that barely eats and still gains weight.
Both of these individuals have an energy imbalance issue meaning they’re taking in too many calories but both of these individuals must be handled differently.
