Darren Carter-Moore (left), 31, of no fixed abode, was arrested by law enforcement officers at around 2.37am on June 2 as he tried to flee in a stolen black VW Transporter worth £12,000 in Stonehouse, Plymouth (body cam footage pictured right). The career criminal was then taken to the police station where officers discovered 0.97 grams of heroin 'concealed under his foreskin'.
