The trick is! You have to actually do it. Just like buying a lotto ticket. Got to be in it to win it!
So practice twice a day if you can. Two minutes minimum, five minutes is better. If you're a 'very busy person' then leave five minutes early for your next appointment and do the exercise in your car when you get to your destination. It's a perfect RESET before entering into the next chapter of your day, whatever that is.
