It appears that a widespread severe weather threat is likely Tuesday across the Middle Atlantic States to as far north as possible NYC & Long Island as a cold front approaches. Weather models are uniformly bullish on severe thunderstorms and flash flooding. The front will stall along the East Coast and remain just offshore for the rest of the week.
