11 year old is 'EXTREMELY WEAK' he can not run or play until real doctor helps

Joshua was diagnosed with Congenital Hemihypertrophy which one side of the body or a part of one side of the body is larger than the other. The result of this is an 11 year old in my office that can’t Play or Keep up with his friends. He can not Run and when he goes all out he is sore for days.
