In this video, I talk about my experience playing on high ping in Fortnite. If you've paid attention to the ping I usually get in game, I often get 0 ping to my normal servers (NA East). So, in order to get the full effect, I decided to play on NA West and experience high ping. I averaged between 60 and 90 ping for the few days I played on high ping which is a huge difference to the normal zero ping I'm used to. In the beginning, playing on high ping was extremely frustrating. Placing builds, making edits, and even just taking out your guns is delayed and laggy. I was not able to play how I normally would by being aggressive and replacing people's walls. Luckily, after a few games, I started to understand how to adapt to a higher ping playstyle and picked up a couple of tips and tricks. That is what I am here to share with you all as well as some tricks and ways to get better and lower ping in Fortnite.
