This was done on the Xbox 360 version (shitty port version). It should work similarly probably on other port versions but I am unsure of how they work as I have a 360 only. This is a continuation of what Badboyhero1000 did to get the EC Nebulas on mobile. Though I was able to get those on 360, I was unable to get the Packer and Sultans on the second part of the chase. Carl would not leave the bike after the Terminator cutscene.
This method requires both of the info icons.
- Grab the Police icon (very luck based)
- Run to the gas station vending machine to use vehicles, then grab the Broadway and carefully drive to Loco Low Co
-Trigger the impound and kick Smoke off the bike
-Use the weaponless cop in the impound to get off the bike
-I recommend getting the bike to half health or so at this point
-Leave the bike near the foot of the garage, and take a decently fast car (NOT from the mission) and leave it behind where the sultan blockade will eventually spawn (where Smoke says "Damn, road blocked"). Traffic should be enabled, but there is also an ambulance at the hospital a block away
-Quickly go back to the bike on foot
-Take the bike through and bail out where Smoke normally stops the bike, and run to the car you left
-Wait until the bike freezes and takes off towards the storm drain, and rush to the hospital. Exactly 22 seconds after the bike starts moving again is when you want to use the hospital icon.
-If done correctly, you should be able to get off of the bike during the cutscene
-The bike should very quickly be destroyed after the cutscene ends, but oddly, the mission should not fail.
-The Packer will stop near Ganton, and the AP Sultans will be dropped along the Flood Tunnel prior to the turn. Along the way will be a FP/EP/CP Sultan and FP/EP/CP BF-400s.
-Take the vehicles and bring them back to Smoke, who will still be on the Parking Garage
-Kill Big Smoke with a parachute to fail the mission
-Take the cars to the garage and impound the Packer
*Other things to mention:*
This method is mutually exclusive with the EC Nebulas. The Nebulas are a one time only, and with the satanic AP conversion, the Packer and Sultan are replicateable, so those should be of higher priority (Unless some inferior loving people love the FP/EP/CP BF-400, or the FP/EP/CP Sultan, which cannot be recreated)
I did not get to record a decent video of getting this as I only have Xbox game clips to work with which don't last over 5 minutes for each clip, and this took me a while to do. I thought I'd show the proofings of the Sultans, though I did also get the Packer and Mafia BF-400, as an attempt to make up for this.
The Hospital icon on Xbox (I am unsure if PS3 and Mobile have this) lasts only for about 5 to 6 seconds before returning to the player, unlike the Police icon. I am unsure why.
On a side note, I do not use cheats, and OM0 cannot be used this early on Xbox or mobile. (The FP/EP FBI Rancher was also legitimate: The remastered version unlocks 6 stars after Doberman, meaning an FP/EP FBI Rancher and BP/FP/EP Rhino are obtainable )
