Upsetting sleep study experience

i said "incredibly" a lot in this video & i'm not a fancy editor :P i think it was because i was so nervous to talk about this. i will always talk about uncomfortable topics in hopes that someone who can't find the words will find my videos and it will help them express their own experiences. thanks as always for listening :)
