Powerplays and social manipulation tactics can ruin relationships and destroy trust. However most people who use power plays are not even aware of it themselves. The ONLY reason a person would attack another is because they are feeling insecure.
In this video I will discuss how to recognize a person doing a power play and 'why' it can appear so confusing. In every powerplay there is always two conversations happening...the one you can see and the one that is attacking in the shadows.
