We live in challenging times – political turmoil, violent hate crimes, decreasing civility between people of differing world views. It can seem as though the world is going down the tubes, and taking us with it.
Taking the broader perspective offered by the Buddha's teachings can help us find a calm refuge from the turbulence of the times. This workshop will take us through parts of the Lamrim, the step-by-step path to enlightenment as organized by Lama Tsongkhapa.
