Welcome to my channel where we take a different look at diets, and wellness tips. Due to my experience with anorexia and recovery I think it’s vitally important that we inspect each food and exercise trend thoroughly (where it came from, actual medical evidence, etc) so that there isn’t any more misinformation circulating the world. I also want to be a safe space for people fed up with diet culture. Love it or hate it, this video topic was inspired my a conversation I had with my rheumatologist and bolstered by some incredible information I researched at home. Like, I had never even heard that this whole craze was started by a medium instead of a health professional and made such bold medical claims!
