Android app Ampere on Kyocera DuraForce E6560 is showing incorrect current. While the Charger Doctor shows less than 0.5 amps, Ampere shows close to 1 amp. At the end of the video you can see that the phone charge goes from 52% to 51% indicating that it's drawing current from the battery in addition to the USB port.
