Your weekly workout without equipment - WWOW#1 Burpees and Sit-ups If you are just starting your fitness journey or are on the go and have no equipment lying around, this new series is for you! I will be posting a Workout of the Week every Wednesday and it will always be a workout that you can do without (or with easy to get by) equipment!

Start adding some active moments to your life and do this workout today or first thing tomorrow morning! Write down your time and post in the comments below so when you re-do this workout in a while you can track your progress. I recommend logging all your workouts and results, as this can work as a great motivator in the future!
