First of all i want to thank you for your comments. I do appreciate the interest. Although I am a board certified dermatologist and fellowship trained micrographis and reconstructive surgeon, I will honestly say that “pimple popping” is no where in our educational curriculum. Believe it or not, it is a term used by other doctors to disparage our field and cast shame on the insignificance of what we do. I believe that is why viewers may also believe that you possess more knowledge on this subject than a physician who holds the title of board certified dermatologist. With regard to the use of comedones extractors on the back of an old gentleman with Dialted Pore of Weiners that have the consistency of wet clay; the force required to express these very large, super soft/wet keratin contents in super deep pores on 1cm thick back skin was so high that it was crushing the blood vessels in the dermal plexus. If there is any chance for me to be able to sew these up at a later date so they dont fill again, i need an intact subdermal plexus. I hope that explains things. Thanks again for watching.
