Surprising my Father with a Vehicle - Need Your Help

So this is the type of video I never wanted to make in the first place, however I've decided to give it one try.
As mentioned, any donation is greatly appreciated, and I hope to make this goal halfway by the end of this year, or at least before Christmas.
