Blizzard warnings continue as a major storm develops in the Plains tonight and Thursday. Snow up to 2 feet forecast for parts of South Dakota and SW Minnesota with 1 foot plus snows over a wide area from Northeast Colorado to Northwest Wisconsin. Severe weather in the Central Plains moves to the Ohio Valley on Thursday. Strong winds across much of the Southern Plains to the Southwest US. Quiet weather continues in the East.
