DOA6 AYANE (FoN) vs. BAYMAN. In Poker, This is Called 'A Chip & A Chair'.

Just trying out a lobby match with a buddy here and his Bayman. The Throwdown stage is always nuts, but the second round here is the fighting game equivalent of "A chip & a chair" as it's called in Poker. The expression pertains to a player that only has "one chip" left and you can probably guess what happens if that player loses that one chip.
