Communities around game parks demand bigger share of revenues

Communities neighbouring national game parks want government to revise the amount of money they receive as their share of the proceeds from tourism revenue. Recently, over 4 billion shillings was disbursed to 3 districts bordering Bwindi and Mgahinga national parks, as part of the revenue sharing agreement.
