Big regulations coming this summer to 2 popular inshore fish species

Big regulation changes are coming this summer to two very popular inshore fish species. Officials with Alabama Marine Resources said speckled trout and flounder stocks are showing a historical decline and changes have to be made. For one, both will likely see minimum size limits increased.
